Welcome to the Warrior Edge Community! I commend you on taking the first and arguably the hardest step in your fitness journey. Here at Warrior Edge Fitness, we pride ourselves in not only achieving results, developing functional strength and fitness, and building people into better versions of themselves, but also in enjoying the process, building mental fortitude and resolve and developing a stronger, more resilient mindset. We specialize in no excuses, high intensity workouts to build your functional strength and fitness, based on my time and experience within the ADF, as well as more traditional styles like hypertrophy (gaining muscle mass) and weight loss. One of our target markets is pre-enlistment training for those hoping to become fit enough to join the Military and not only survive the training and lifestyle, but also thrive. That’s not all we offer however, we train anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves, regardless of their current fitness level, the only thing needed is a warrior mindset and attitude. We offer subscription based programs and one-on-one online training and program design with weekly check-ins, accountability and program adaptations and adjustments as well as advice on how to achieve your best results . We offer programs for various goals including weight loss, hypertrophy, strength, performance focused functional fitness as well as a library of stand-alone cardio workouts to suit your preferences.

With over 10 years of fitness experience and with a Cert III & IV in fitness as well as a Cert in Boxing I can help you achieve these goals and implement consistent exercise in a way that not only works with your current lifestyle but also improves it at an affordable cost.
