This program is designed to increase your overall functional fitness levels through conditioning and high intensity interval workouts like circuits, AMRAPS, EMOMs, etc. Even though a lot of these workouts are designed to be completed as fast as possible or to get as many rounds in as you can, that only refers to rest time. As the workout progresses and your fatigue rises, it is incredibly important to maintain good form and tempo. This may seem counter intuitive but doing fast tempo or half reps can lower the intensity and effectiveness of the workout by decreasing the muscles time under tension and range of motion.
